Website Visitor Statistics

The following contains results derived from Google Analytics showing various aspects of how the PGLRE website is being used and an indication of how the internet provides us with an audience far beyond our own Province.

The statistics cover a 9 month period as we were offline for a period of a month

OVERALL

Unique Individual Website Visitors since January 1st 2016 – 6,108
A visitor who visited our site for example three times would only be classed as a unique visitor once
Normally this figure is reset monthly but we were able to apply filters to gain an overall picture for the period.

The Calendar is a core feature from which many other pages are generated automatically.
For example, the page “Events In The Next Week” is generated from the Calendar.
This facility is very important as it allows us to generate many other pages and therefore we ask that all syllabus’ are sent as soon as available for inclusion.

DIGITAL LIBRARY

The digital library is becoming more popular as its existence becomes more widely known.
Categorising the books available is a time consuming task ongoing on a daily basis.

As such we add new books almost every day and currently have around 4000 online, with another
1750 waiting to be added, a total of 5750 on almost any masonic topic imaginable, including
conspiracy theories.

Access to view the contents of the library is unrestricted, but downloads require a simple
registration process which take a couple of minutes at most.

An average of 105 digital books are downloaded each week. Some books are downloaded multiple
times by different users, others have not been downloaded yet.
